Established in 2016, Fat Potato is a family run business, started by husband-and-wife team Jo and Andrew.

Fat Potato are a unique SME who’ve operated primarily in the defence sector for the past five years. During this time they’ve grown and expanded their presence, having worked across multiple major projects where they’ve delivered high-quality software solutions in challenging and demanding environments.
